I finally decided to start a low carb dieting and lose some weights and today marks my 8th day on the journey. I need to stop adding more weight and be fit, because I’m almost clocking a 3-digit kg. So for the past eight days, every morning this has been my homemade breakfast smoothie. This consists of 1 banana, 1 apple,1 clementine, 5 slices of cucumber and a 200ml glass of skimmed milk. Sometimes I substitute a pear for a banana because of the high carb content in banana. Sometimes I also add grapes to the mix. This is my own way of going green, going healthy.
The featured image is the screensaver on my iPad which I modified using picture collage. Everyday and every time I look at it, I get motivated to keep working hard to achieve and fulfil my dreams and potentials to its maximum. It reminds me that every good work I put my hand into, God will help it grow from a plant into a fruitful tree.
