Draw out a working plan. Use a spreadsheet, worksheet or notepad, write down your plans and modus operandi. It may be look ambitious or unrealistic, just write it down. It may not make sense at the time but as you go along, you can alter it to fit the purpose. Write down everything idea on your mind, have a schedule or a timeline for your projects/activities. It doesn’t need to be posh or polished. It just needs to be a plan. Remember, he who to fails to plan plans to fail.
Do something daily or weekly towards your goal. No matter how small do something each day or each week. Little by little, it will gather momentum. Any work done is done. Any work not done is not done. Little drops of water do make mighty oceans.

“Nobody ever wrote down a plan to be broke, fat, lazy, or stupid. Those things are what happen when you don’t have a plan.” –Larry Winget
“Success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day in and day out.” –Robert Collier
